It was a summer afternoon and I was brewing myself some coffee. Tired of watching the liquid dripping from this super basic coffee filter, I picked up the coffees bean packet, taking in all the information I could find: the origin of the beans, how they were grown and roasted, and how they’re supposed to be served. One thing caught my eyes: the beans have a name, sunken eyes. I didn’t know why would coffee beans need a name, or what sunken eyes means, but I think that sounds cool. I had always wanted to have my own blog, something as minimal as a cup of pure coffee, so the decision was made!
